Anna
Anna founded Step by Step Disability and Aged Care Support after years of working directly in the NDIS field as a support worker. Through her hands-on experience supporting participants and their families, she saw a clear gap in the market for care that felt more genuine, personal and consistent. Driven by a deep commitment to making a real difference, Anna built Step by Step from the ground up — creating a service where people are truly listened to, respected and supported as individuals. Her vision continues to guide everything we do.
